Another couple weeks have gone by, and that means there are a lot of new and exciting features in Projectteam.com! We’ve had many great conversations with clients and worked hard to build some of their most commonly asked for features.
Here's a quick overview of some of the new things you'll find when working in the system:
Projectteam.com is the most customizable construction management system on the market. It's ridiculously easy to add custom fields or create your own custom forms. In our most recent release, you can now reorder fields on a custom form as you create them. That way if you remember to add a field after you've already added a few others, it's easy to drag-and-drop your fields around and reorder them any way you want.
Each day we're talking to clients and have been pleasantly surprised with all the different custom forms users have been creating.
One of the most commonly requested features is the ability to know when users have viewed the information you've shared with them. We thought this was a great recommendation! You'll notice now in the access tab, under each user, you'll be able to tell when the last time each user has viewed each form. Think of it like a "read receipt", whenever you share a request for information, submittal, field report, etc. you'll be able to know who's actually viewed that information and when.
You can now configure your form logs (ex. RFIs, Invoices, Meeting Minutes, etc) anyway you want and then easily print your reports. You can search and sort on your logs to filter out unneeded information before printing.
We are constantly working with users to improve their experience when working inside the system. One of the new features we've built into our most recent release is a quick check when uploading new files or attachments to make sure you're not duplicating a file that already exists in the same location.
Spring is right around the corner and so are a bunch of new exciting features that we're working on right now. Every day we're working hard to build the best project management system for you! Here's a preview of something that's almost done and has been a super common request:
Can you tell what it is...? :)
We could use your help in spreading the word. If you know anyone that could use the system on one of their projects, please spread the word.
As always, if you ever need anything, please let us know. We're here to help.
