Hello again!

Ever since we started sending out these feature release emails, the feedback has been great. We've heard from many users who are thrilled to stop going back and forth between 2 or more tools to manage RFIs, submittals, email communications, and other project processes. But one thing that had been missing in the past was the ability to store forms within the system and then merge fields from those forms into custom made templates that could be printed out or even emailed to outside parties. We're proud to announce, that over the past few weeks we've been working extremely hard on filling in the missing piece...


You can now create custom merge templates using the applications you use every day; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF, and then upload them into for users to merge forms from the system. Example templates that users have already been creating include:

  • RFI Late Response Letter
  • Submittal Transmittal Slip
  • Daily Field Report Printout
  • Punch List Checklists
  • Toolbox Talk Presentations

There is no limit to the amount of templates you can add into Copy and paste in your company or project logo, add in e-signatures, and more! Check out the following videos and see first hand how easy it is to merge information from the system into your merge templates.
